I believe forgiveness is one of the most powerful personal development tools you can use in your life.

Self-forgiveness is about taking responsibility for yourself, for your life, and for your feelings.

This is important because feelings of guilt and shame and self-hate just lead to more self-abuse (and emotional eating), and more self-abuse only leads to more guilt and shame and self-hate. It’s a vicious cycle.

The only way to move past these feelings and break this cycle is to forgive yourself, and that’s why I created this simple forgiveness audio exercise for you…
